Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include the original packaging and all accessories.
  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, we require a continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. This allows us to verify shipping or manufacturing issues and provide a fair resolution.

Once your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by misuse.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Products returned after the 7-day return period.
  • Claims for damaged or defective items submitted without the required unboxing video.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.
